This new facility for the Division of Motor Vehicles replaces a cramped, older facility and provides a welcoming, flexible, and easily understood environment for visitors. A customer-friendly setting, it includes state-of-the-art data, communication, security, and public information systems and energy efficient natural lighting. Materials used at the 2001 award-winning sister facility in Wilmington, also designed by ABHA Architects, are repeated here.
