Derived from a complementary strategic plan study, the master plan addresses four key program and campus elements:

• Restore, renovate and fully utilize the historic Mansion building.

• Enhance program spaces for Performing Arts.

• Improve outdoor athletic facilities.

• Maintain and enhance the appearance and safety of the campus.

More comprehensive input during the master planning phase reinforced the needs, and informed the design of these projects. The plan calls for structural stabilization and administrative / foreign language department relocations to a renovated Mansion. A former multi-purpose space will be renovated, enlarged and dedicated for Performing Arts. The addition of a running track, renovated grass / turf ball fields, and a new fieldhouse are envisioned. New parking and site circulation will add capacity, and allow better access to athletic fields and assembly spaces. A variety of academic program relocations, facility renovations and technology upgrades will complete the long term improvements.
