Planning for this design-build project was driven by the goal of achieving a highly efficient working environment that is attractive to visitors, productive for employees, and is highly cost-effective in operation. The building was organized for public convenience in parking and ease of public access to agencies within the building. A large 200-seat multipurpose room includes advanced audio visual equipment to help visitors see, hear, and be heard clearly at any of a host of public meetings, training sessions, and other events. |
