The Russell Dining Hall is the busiest dining hall on the University of Delaware's East Campus. To maintain its popularity and increase its "curb appeal", the original dining lounge was demolished and replaced with a new addition that provides additional booth seating and an inviting atmosphere. In addition to raising the lounge floor to be contiguous with the main dining room, new HVAC systems add comfort through all seasons of the year. The modest 1,500 square foot addition provides an airy and bright dining experience and offers expansive views over the campus lawn and student commons.
