Construction included a new Classroom Wing and Fieldhouse additions for the current middle school students. The existing facility was renovated to accept a new Lower School program. The two schools are connected by a two-level atrium designed to display the schools model train collection and serve to supplement science instruction. The additions encircle an historic faculty residence and nature preserve.
