The new facilities emerged from a multi-phased renovation of a former 15,000 sf fitness center. The renovations provide classrooms, a library, and administrative and support spaces for the 65-student school. In addition to exterior replacement of windows and roofing, the building systems were upgraded and sprinklers added. The site improvements included new fields, fencing, parking and landscaping.
