Completed on a very tight schedule to meet swing space limitations and occupancy requirements, renovations to this historic building include the installation of new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and security systems. Another important aspect of the project, as requested by the Brandywine School District and the building users, was restoration and refinishing of the original woodwork.
